Happier Than Ever, the second studio album by indie/alternative artist Billie Eilish, was released recently. With its first single, My Future, which was released in July, 2020. The album has gained a lot of positive and negative reviews from many critics. Not taking into account her recent scandals, Here’s what I think of the album.
Comparing with her previous album, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, There wasn't much difference in the style of her lyrics, the beats and her voice. Earlier I was very attracted to Billie’s music because it is very unique and different from other famous artists, but lately her music style has gotten a bit boring to me. She still didn't fail to impress me and her album was actually pretty good. Again I want to say that the individual songs weren't impressive but like sour, they sound good in the album. Overall I’ll rate the album a 6/10 and if I had to, I’d pick Therefore I am as my favourite from this album.
