BOOK REVIEW- Verity

Not being a Colleen Hoover fan after all the controversies she's been through and not liking one of her latest books, It Starts With Us, Verity has left a different impression of Hoover. The book showed the importance of a good plot and writing and that Hoover has these qualities. It will be a challenge to describe this book without giving any spoilers, but I will try my best.

The story follows a struggling writer, Lowen Ashleigh, who was chosen to complete the series by Verity Crawford who is a more prominent and more successful writer. When Lowen goes to Verity's office to gather materials about her future projects, she discovers something unexpecting, Verity's autobiography! and discovers things about her life that she shouldn't. She decides to hide the manuscript from Verity's husband, Jeremy Crawford, but as she starts to develop feeling for him, she realized she'll be benefited if he found out about his wife's reality.

Nevertheless, I just want to sum up my review by saying, this book is extremely mind-twisting and has two possible endings to the story. you really cannot put a finger on who's the antagonist and whom to blame. Overall, I would like to rate this book an 8/10. Ending this review with a question, are you team letter or team manuscript?
